Listing on the MLS for a flat fee is the exact same thing as listing with a 6% REALTOR®. You are just paying less money to get the exact same service. We are REALTORS® and the DESIGNATED BROKER. Your listing looks exactly the same as all other listings. You can sell your property to someone not represented by an agent and NOT pay a buyer agent commission, however if an agent brings a buyer, that agent will need to be paid a commission. We normally have you listed within 1-2 business days after we receive the paperwork & photos. This is dependent upon each MLS or each Board of Realtors. In some cases, there are delays on the MLS or Boards that we do not control and can take up to 3-4 days for full MLS listing.
We normally ship the same day you place the order, so you will have them within 2-3 business days. We ship USPS.
It is proven that by using a flat fee listing service, you save thousands in commissions but receive the same or higher level of service.
Depending on your plan, we will send you or install a 'signpost' in your area if you request and is allowed by your HOA (installed by a signpost installation company at no extra charge to you). If you choose this plan, you will get one of Brokers Only For Sale signs to display. The number goes to our office, and we can field all phone calls and answer questions on your behalf if your plan includes this.
